MODULAR COLDROOMS
With over 35 years experience in the industry Coldhold Systems are experts in providing the highest quality bespoke chiller, freezer and clean rooms.
With our in-house design team, project managers and experienced installation teams we can ensure your every requirement is met, right through from the initial design to the complete product.
INSULATED DOORS
With our in-house manufacturing team we are able to offer bespoke insulated sliding & hinged doors to suit all applications, including ambient, chiller and freezer rooms.
CRASH DOORS
With our experience of the problems faced with existing crash doors on the market we took it into our own hands to develop crash (flip flap) doors which could withstand the constant use and abuse they receive.
These doors are now being installed in all new Marks & Spencer coldrooms as well as replacing any existing damaged crash doors. We have been supplying/installing these doors for over 3 years and are happy and proud to say that we have not yet had a single frame or PVC panel failure.
SPARES
We carry large stocks of coldroom fabric parts, both new and refurbished. These include latches, handles, hinges, panic bars, 2 part PVC cove, bumper, treadplate, nylon bolts & fixings as well as many other items.
We have accounts with many large suppliers in the industry and can generally source any required items if we don't already hold them in stock.
MANUFACTURING
With our large facility and experienced in-house manufacturing team we are able to manufacture insulated wall, ceiling and base panels, doors, flashings, access hatches, handrails, trolley guards as well as many other bespoke items.
REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
As long as we have been supplying and installing coldrooms we have been carrying out repairs & maintenance.
Whether it be doors, panels, floors or otherwise we have the experience to offer advice and repair/replace all fabric aspects of a coldroom.
OTHER MODULAR CONSTRUCTIONS
Due to our many years experience in modular build, Coldhold Systems have often been approached to help out in other areas of design and build. This lead to us supplying and installing modular bakeries, delis, cafes, offices, toilet blocks, plant rooms, tiled brand walls, right the way through to the entire internal fit-out of Marks & Spencer stores. This was achieved with off-site constructed modular panels with pre-installed electrical & mechanical services. With our off-site construction we managed to reduce build programmes by a number of weeks.
